Our Director

Ken Henderson

Ken Henderson owner and director of Acorn Complete Care is a qualified youth worker and a successful businessman who has managed a number of businesses. He brings with him an in-depth knowledge of managing and developing teams at a strategic level. He has previously worked in local authority for over 30 years, managing multi-disciplinary teams in a number of roles. He brings with him an in depth of knowledge around budgeting, planning and implementation of projects and managing and developing teams.

Registered Manager

Ikmat Savage

Our Registered Manager is a Qualified Social Worker with experience of working within the Children Social Care Team.

Ikmat is equipped to meet the needs of our client group and to support our team. Ikmat brings with her a rich background in working with people in the community care settings and youth groups. She is well supported by an experienced team to be able to meet the needs of all aspects of the services and service users at all levels.

Ikmat is very passionate about supporting others and is now utilizing her extensive experience and skills to provide high-quality personal care to both young people and older people in the community. Ikmat enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures.

Service Manager

Paulette Simon

Ms Simon is a highly motivated masters graduate. Her resourcefulness, motivation and persuasiveness have all been demonstrated through her extensive work experience in education and skills training particularly with disaffected young people and those with recognised special needs.

Ms Simon is excited to apply her skills and knowledge into the domiciliary care sector. Even throughout her education and training career, always tried where possible to apply an individual tailor fitted solution to a young person needs.

Now in domiciliary care continuing with that person centred approach will be her aim as the domiciliary Service Manager.

Georgina St Hilaire

Ms St Hilaire has previously worked in many different fields, gaining, and developing many various skills. Her experiences have enabled her to work well in high-pressure environments whilst prioritising the workload to guarantee all duties are carried out in an efficient and professional manner.

Ms St Hilaire great compassion for supporting people and becoming ambitious to do all she can to ensure her clients receive the highest standard of care.
